Exactly as expected for an inexpensive motel that we basically only needed for a shower and a good night's sleep. The view from our room on the second floor was beautiful and seeing elk outside on the motel lawn one evening was very cool.

We loved our stay at this place! The room was newly renovated and spotlessly clean. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were so cozy. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a variety of cereals, make-your-own waffles, boiled eggs, bagels, muffins. They even had different milk options and strong coffee choices. It was perfect for those of us who like to get an early start on our day.
We felt safe and secure during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.

the room smelled very musty. The room next door looked like it had been flooded. Hard to get past the smell.

The price was reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There could have been another mirrior in the room to assist women with getting ready faster. Also, there were not very many outlets accessible to charge phones and such.

Wanted to get away to Estes Park for a night and found a great deal on this little quaint lodge. No frills but very clean!
I found it strange that they turn off all the lights at night, the main sign and the lobby, making it very hard to find the driveway entrance. Also the walls are VERY thin.

The price wasn't too bad.
The heating system latch was broken in our room, which made it difficult to turn on. So, we went without heat (November stay) for the first night.

The room was comfortable and quiet, recently renovated with everything we needed. The king-size bed was excellent and we had a lovely mountain view from our window. Excellent value for money and we watched elk wander past our balcony!

Every thing as clean but small. It needs to be a queen bed only and not 2 beds. The bathroom shower was to small. If we were a large person it would be to small.
It was in a good location for the event we were at.
